CSUS Rec Center

The CSUS Recreation and Wellness Center is one of the newest additions to the expanding campus. The 151,000 square foot Wellness Center features a rock climbing wall, four basketball courts, a large multi-activity court, a cardio weight training studio, a pharmacy, a primary care clinic, an urgent care clinic, an optometry, a day spa, a child care center, and a psychological, nutritional service center and Administrative Offices. Schetter Electric provided the MEP BIM Coordination and electrical installation for the CSUS Recreation & Wellness Center.
The project has achieved LEED Silver status with incorporating a number of sustainable features, including Foil-tec skylight systems to improve thermal properties, Elements to increase day lighting; high efficiency HVAC Systems; emphasis on light pollution reductions and enhanced commissioning.
